In this module, you can access all reimbursement requests from your employees. You can review each request and decide whether to accept or reject it.
Additionally, you can add a new reimbursement request on behalf of an employee and export all requests.
Steps to Follow:
Go to the Reimbursement module on the company side. Browse the list and choose the request you are interested in. Change its status to Accepted, Rejected, Pending, or Reimbursed.
Notes:
Once an accepted request has been reimbursed, you can change its status to Reimbursed.
You can select multiple requests from the list and change their status simultaneously using the Apply to Selection button.
You can add comments when changing the status of requests. These comments will be visible to the employee.
You can display the total amount to be reimbursed by selecting the requests you are interested in. However, only Accepted or Pending requests can be selected. Rejected or Reimbursed requests cannot be selected.
Use filters to make sorting requests easier. Once the filter is selected, click on Apply.
