Nowadays, having your own career site has become crucial, even indispensable. It serves as a strategic tool to attract, hire, and engage top talent while enhancing your company’s visibility and reputation in the job market.
With Altee, you can create your career site without any coding. It’s very simple, and in just a few clicks, you’ll have a personalized career site where you can showcase your company, job opportunities, and manage recruitment directly on the platform.
Steps to Follow:
To create your personalized career site go to the Recruitments module, then to the Career Site tab. Next, fill in the required information.
What Are a Public Link and a Custom Domain Name?
Public Link: You can customize your URL by filling in the Modify URL field with your desired name. To save your changes, click Update URL.
Notes:
The custom URL name must be in lowercase and contain no spaces.
To view your career site, click the link or copy it and open it in a new browser tab.
Custom Domain Name: You can also customize your domain name or create subdomains by filling in the field with your desired name and then clicking Add.
Language and Color Management:
In this section, you can select the language(s) and the primary color of your career site. When satisfied, click Save.
Banner and Presentation:
C’est dans cette section que vous pourrez ajouter différentes bannières, logos et informations pour présentervotre entreprise sur le site carrière. Quand vous serez satisfait, appuyez sur Enregistrer.
Informations :
Here, you can add different details about your company. This option is not mandatory. Don’t forget to save your changes.
Teams:
In this section, you can showcase information about your team and work environment. This option is not mandatory. Don’t forget to save your changes.
Notes:
You have the option to add one or more employee testimonials in the form of videos or photos by clicking on Add. Then, fill in the required information and click Save.
Flexibility and Environment:
This section allows you to highlight the various benefits offered by your company. This option is not mandatory. Don’t forget to save your changes.
Notes:
You can choose the language for your text entries, but for them to appear on your career site, their language must match the main language defined for the site. For instance, if you enter text in English but the main language of your career site is French, the text will not appear. It’s essential to align the text language with the main site language for it to be visible.
If you enable the toggle next to Information, Teams, and Flexibility and Environment, these sections will appear as tabs on your personalized career site. If disabled, these tabs will not appear.
SEO, Analytics, and Code Insertion:
You can add a title for SEO optimization of your site.
Configure your tracking ID to view site data through Google Analytics.
Insert a code if you want to add more features to your career site.
You can share your site on up to 6 social networks from 20 available options.
Activate the XML Feed option if you want to restrict access to your site for security reasons.
Notes:
Remember to save your work as you progress in designing your career site.
When you obtain your career site link, you will also receive links for the job postings on your career site and for the application form.
All job postings you create in the Open Positions tab will be visible on your personalized career site.
Candidates can apply via your career site using the application form selected during job creation.
You won’t be able to add candidates to pipelines if you haven’t yet configured the URL, language, and color of your career site.
