How to Manage Positions in the Archive Folders?

What is the Purpose of This Feature?

Once you have closed recruitment requests for a position, you can archive them, allowing you to reuse them later.

Steps to Follow:

  • Go to the Recruitments module, then to the Open Positions tab. Click on the Pipeline button for the position you want to archive.
  • Then, click on Close This Recruitment and then Delete.
  • Finally, click on Archive. The position will be transferred to the archive folder.

 

Notes:

  • Once you close recruitment requests for a position, the status of the position will change to Completed. Only positions with the Completed status can be archived.
  • You can duplicate an archived position. To do so, click on the Menu button (three vertical dots), then click on Duplicate.
  • You can also reuse archived positions. To do so, click on Reuse. The position will be transferred back to the active positions list. However, it will still be in Draft status. To make it usable, click on the Menu button (three vertical dots), then on Edit. Next, change the position status to Online and save your changes.
