In Access Management, you can manage and configure your employees' access to certain visible data in different modules. This option allows you to have greater control over the company’s data on the platform.
Steps to Follow:
Go to the Settings module, then to the Positions, Groups, and Access Management tab. Next, click on Access Management, then on Access Rights and Visible Data.
You will see a list of all your employees. To configure access, select the employee of interest and click on Edit.
Select or block the data you want, and once satisfied, click on Save.
Notes:
To modify these access settings, click on Edit again, make the desired changes, and then click on Save.
Use filters to simplify the search for employees.
How to create an access profile and assign it to one or several employees?
First, go to Settings, then to Positions, groups and access management. Next, click on Access management, then on Access rightsand visible data, and finally on Add a profile.
Name your profile, then click on Add.
Then click on Edit.
Configure the profile as you wish, then click on Save.
Finally, go to the employee list and assign the desired profile to each employee.
Note:
To assign a profile to several employees, select the relevant employees, then choose the desired profile in “Apply to selection”.
