In the Settings module, you can customize your correspondence email. This email will be used as the sender's email address to send company-related information to employees on the platform.
It will also be used to send recruitment responses to candidates.
Steps to Follow:
To customize your email, go to the Settings module, then to the Company tab, and click on Custom Correspondence Emails.
Next, click on Add an Email.
Fill out the necessary information and click on Add.
Your email address will initially be categorized under the status Unverified.
An email containing a link will be sent to validate this email address. Open the email and click on the link to finalize your custom email.
Once your email is verified, its status will change to Verified.
Finally, click on the Setup button, select the usage for the email that suits you, and click on Add.
