This option allows you to add leave requests directly on Altee, where they will be accessible to your managers. You can also track the status of your requests to see whether they have been approved, denied, or are pending.
Additionally, you can view a comprehensive history of all your past requests, as well as a real-time updated balance of your vacation and leave days.
Steps to Follow:
Go to the My Schedule module and click on the Vacations and Absences tab. Then, click on the New Request button.
Fill in the leave request form with the necessary information and click on Submit.
Your request will appear in the list of leave requests.
Notes:
To sort your requests more easily, you can use filters (status, period, etc.). Simply select the filter and click on Apply.
If the leave requests you created do not appear in the list, check whether the date on the request is included in the date range of the filter. If not, select a date range that includes it in the filter.
All your requests will be sent to a manager. To find out if your request has been approved, denied, or is pending, simply check the Status column in the list.
You can also delete pending requests by clicking on the X button to the right. However, you can only delete pending requests; approved or denied requests cannot be deleted.
In the Comments column, you can view your comments as well as those of your managers regarding your leave requests.
