If there are errors or omissions in recording your employees’ worked hours, you can correct them.

How to Add Worked Hours for an Employee?
If one of your employees forgot to log their worked hours or start their time clock, here’s how to fix it:
Go to the Worked Hours module, then to the Report tab. Click on the View Details button to the right of the employee of interest.
You will be redirected to the Monthly Summary tab. Then, click on the Add Worked Hours button at the bottom of the summary table.
Fill in the form with the required information and click on Add.
How to Adjust Worked Hours for an Employee?
If one of your employees made errors in recording their worked hours, here’s how to fix it:
Go to the Worked Hours module, then to the Report tab. Click on View Details to the right of the employee of interest.
You will be redirected to the Monthly Summary tab. At the bottom of the summary table, you will see the daily details of all logged hours for the current month.
Click on the Menu button (three vertical dots) to the right of the relevant date, then click on Edit.
Correct the erroneous information and click on Save.
Notes:
For night shift hours, you must select the date range that covers the work hours.
For meal breaks, you must log two distinct intervals of worked hours, excluding the break period. This ensures that break hours are not included in the total calculation of worked hours.
