What Is the Purpose of This Feature?
After creating groups and adding skills and performances to evaluate your employees, you can assign these evaluations to one or more employees.
Steps to Follow:
- Go to the Evaluations module, then to the Assignment and Evaluation Frequencies tab. Select the employee you want to evaluate from the list and click on the Plan button.

- Next, select the skills or performances as well as the questions to evaluate the employee in the section on the right.
- Then, choose one or more evaluators, and activate the Include Their Scores in the Average Grade Calculation button.
- Select the evaluation frequency and the date of the next evaluation. Finally, click on Assign.

- To modify information about these assignments, simply click on Edit. Adjust the information that can be updated and click on Assign.

- If you want to change the date of the next evaluation, click on the Edit Evaluation button below the date and then click Assign. Be careful, as this action will delete all ongoing evaluations

- If you want to cancel the assignment of an evaluation, click on the Edit Evaluation button. This will reset the evaluation assignment.

- If you do not activate the Include Their Scores in the Average Grade Calculation button, no grade will appear in the Skills or Performances Status tab, even if you complete the evaluation. If you forgot to activate this button, simply activate it and click on Assign.

- When there are multiple evaluators, you can choose which evaluators' grades to consider. The final grade will be the average of the grades from the selected evaluators.
- As soon as one evaluator completes their evaluation of the employee, their grade will be available in the Skills or Performances Status tabs. The grades from other evaluators will be added as they complete their evaluations.
