Altee offers two essential options: the onboarding protocol and the offboarding protocol. These tools are designed to simplify and optimize the arrival or departure of employees within the company.
Steps to Follow:
Go to the Employees module, then to the Arrivals and Departures tab, and finally click on Onboarding and Offboarding Protocols.
Click on Create a Protocol, name the protocol, and press Enter or click anywhere on the screen to save.
You can divide each protocol into multiple tasks to facilitate implementation. To do this, click on the protocol and then click on Add a Task.
Fill in the fields with the necessary information. You can also assign the task to someone. Finally, click on Create.
Notes:
You can configure different types of expected outcomes for these protocols to ensure tasks are completed. These may include: simple validation, document submission, file upload requests, signature requests, or a response.
You can delete, edit, or duplicate protocols by clicking on the Menu button.
You can also change the order of tasks within a protocol by dragging and dropping them to the desired position.
