If you want to add multiple employees to the platform, you can save time by using the Import a List option. Instead of adding employees one by one, you can import a list, and all employees on the list will be automatically added to the platform.
Steps to Follow:
Go to the Employees module, then to the List tab, and click on Import list.
Click on Download template. An Excel file will be automatically downloaded.
Check your downloads folder, open the Excel file, and fill in the form with all the information about the employees you want to add to Altee. Save your changes.
Return to the platform and click on Upload your files. Select and import the Excel file you just completed.
All employee information will automatically appear on the platform in table form. Fill in the remaining necessary information by clicking on the respective fields.
You can also add this information by clicking on the Inject Data icon on the right. First, select an employee, then enter the data you want to inject into the table. Finally, click on Apply.
When satisfied, select the employees in the table that you want to add to the platform and Save.
All these employees will then appear in the List of Employees.
Notes:
If you select multiple employees while injecting data, their data will all match the information you entered under Inject Data.
Below the Inject Data icon, there is an icon in the form of a small list. This shows the list of visible columns in the imported list. You can select the columns you are interested in.
You can delete an employee from the list by selecting the employee and clicking on Delete. To delete the entire list, click on the cross next to Import Your File.
Don’t forget to activate their Altee accounts so they can start using the platform.
